#6 - Suit up for Iron Man 3!

I love watching movies and when it comes to Marvel movies like Iron Man, Avengers and Captain America I HAVE to watch it! So, of course I am super stoked that IRON MAN 3 is going to be in playing in theatres TOMORROW!! *runs around room with hands in the air screaming hysterically*

When I first saw the trailer, I was so super excited ,like I couldn't contain my feels and I had no one to tell because I was in my room alone ._.

Anyway, without a doubt, my favourite character in Iron Man 3 is none other than the Iron Man himself aka Tony Stark - in which he is one of my favourite superheroes in the Marvel Universe other than Wolverine!

I mean what's not to love about Tony?

First, he ain't like all superheroes (that I know of except Batman but that's a whole other universe) who was exposed to some chemical/magical/extraordinary reaction or born with super powers. He is all human so because of that it kinda forms a certain connection with people like you and me! Somehow, he becomes the hero for ordinary people.

(I can buy the piece of land behind me. Including the mountain.)

It's also known to everyone that Tony Stark is RICH. I mean VERY VERY VERY x 1000.... rich. Now, with so much money, of course you can afford the most advanced technology! 

Another thing about Tony Stark is the fact that he is intelligent. I mean he built the Iron Man suit in the desert - like excuse me, move aside for Tony Starkamazing - and now with just a touch of a button, he can get into his suit even in free fall!!! Like, I can't even!!

Also, has anybody realised that most of the time, he doesn't really smile unless he is in front of the press but the way he speaks, says a lot. 

Lastly, although Tony Stark is so full of himself he is hilariously cocky which makes him enjoyable to watch and of course a lovable character! 

What's not to love, you ask? Well, nothing! Tony Stark ftw! :)

#5 - The Big Big Bang

It's been a week since my previous post and I hope everything is going well to whoever is reading! The following graphics are the 'bigger' (and more 'exciting') stuff that has happened this week.

I went back to school on Monday to help move equipment back to the TRCC. I was there an hour early so Alethea and I waited for a while before the Jammerz and Replug crew came in. Apparently, there were more people helping to carry the stuff than more stuff to carry (you get me?) 

Happy Pizza faces cos we get to eat pizza for free without doing anything say WHAT??!!

*whispers* WE TRIED TO HELP!!! *sinks back into the shadows*

First day of school happened (and it was at 8AM *.* < not enough sleep face) and I was glad that I knew some people if not I'll be that loner girl. Anyway, class was dismissed at 12-ish and a few of us went for lunch together at Pepper Lunch while waiting for the time to past before going for a course talk with a few facilitators.

That pretty much sums up my week so far even though I have 1 more day. I still need some getting use to to school with all the classes, people and homework/assignments etc (I NEED MY GAME BACK) 

I know this year is going to be a tough year but one thing I know for sure is that my God is way ahead of me and he has already planned my success. So, this year ain't gonna be tough for me because my daddy God is doing the work :)

To whoever is reading : Get your game back on baby! We can do this! *fist bump*

 (Pork Shabu-Shabu with Omelette Curry Rice @ a certain Japanese restaurant in Orchard)

I came across this stall some time back so I recommended and we went to try it. However, I don't think I would go all out just to eat from there again because the curry was salty and the pork they gave me was so little -__- Plus, the tables are so small and the seats are crammy but not all is lost! The omelette was good just because I am an egg-lover and the server's were friendly :) 

I rate this a :

 (Mushroom Spaghetti in Cream Sauce @ a certain Italian-Japanese restaurant in Clarke Quay)

Kerencia recommended this Japanese-Italian restaurant and we had our dinner there. The food was decent and not to mention, CHEAP. Most of the food were priced below $10 and with an extra $2.90, you get free flow of drinks ranging from fizzy to non-fizzy drinks and from cold to hot drinks! However, I felt that walking there was quite a distance and not forgetting that it is a place near pubs and "shady" places so try to walk with a group of people if you plan to eat till late at night. Also, I noticed that there wasn't much privacy between each table because we were quite close to another table. When we were there, only half the restaurant was filled so the food was served to us pretty fast however, don't expect any good service since cheap food don't always coincide with good service. *shrugs*

I rate this a :

I can rely on them

they are supportive of what I do.

When I know all these, I know they are the people I want to keep.

#3 - My Mum Bakes : Blackforest

I am not a big fan of Blackforest cakes but this was an exception because the thin but flavourful chocolate mousse combined with the soft texture of the chocolate cake blended so well! My mum used cherry custard which I think went well with the cake because the taste of it was not overpowering for my palette. We also made Milk-Chocolate Hazelnut cookies today but the dough is currently resting in the fridge now so when it's done I'll post it up! :)

Introducing my bedside buddy and a new cap that I got! I don't own any caps so I decided why not get one? So I did and initially, I wanted to take a picture of my cap but... festive Ted decided to show his swag and modelled for me.
